how fun! what a great learning experience you all will have there! hey wanted to let you girls know about my sister in law's recipe website. you might remember trey masson, jesse's older brother. his wife was an mk in the ivory coast, a journeyman in senegal, and has now lived in france for 5 years. when they first arrived (trey is in osteopathy school-in french!) they had not steady income so she got really good at making yummy budget meals. she's an excelent cook and has learned to make all sorts of good food (both american and international) on a budget, and on limited ingredients. i have other friends that live overseas and they use her recipe blog quite a bit. i think you'll appreciate it. :) here is their main blog, and you can link to the recipe blog from there: http://jkmassonfrance.blogspot.com hope this helps with budget meal planning!
